JCreates apps · Effective August 13, 2026
These terms cover the apps published by JCreates (Joshua John). By downloading or using one of these apps, you agree to what is written here. It is short on purpose.
Free apps, no in-app purchases: BoardFoot, Cedar Closet, CoopLog, CrumbKeeper, DiscCaddie, PourCalc, ReefCadence, TipSplit, WashQuote, Cascade: World Reaction.
Apps with optional in-app purchases: CraftPrice, FlipLedger, Homeprint, Lociform.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as you follow these terms. The app is licensed to you, not sold. Everything not expressly granted here is reserved.
These apps store what you enter on your device. We do not collect it, cannot see it, and have no servers holding it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Deleting the app deletes its data, so export or back up anything you want to keep. Full details in each app's privacy policy.
Several of these apps calculate numbers: board feet, concrete volume, tip splits, costs per dozen, dosing amounts, hydration percentages, quotes, and similar. These are calculation aids based on the values you enter and on documented formulas. They are not professional advice, and they are not guaranteed to match a supplier's invoice, a tax authority's determination, a laboratory result, or any third party's own figures.
You are responsible for checking any number that matters before you rely on it, spend money on it, dose a tank with it, pay a person with it, or file it. In particular, nothing in these apps is financial, tax, legal, veterinary, or safety advice.
Where an app offers an in-app purchase or subscription, that transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. One-time unlocks, such as Lociform’s Unlimited Palaces, are bought once and never renew or expire; they can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies to apps delivered through the App Store.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the apps, and do not use them to break the law. That is the whole list.
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that its calculations will suit your particular situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCreates is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, materials ordered in error, payments miscalculated, livestock or aquatic life loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the apps. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free app is zero.
These terms may be updated. The current version always lives at this page with its effective date. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
