Homeprint is built so that your home data never leaves your device.
Homeprint uses your device's camera and LiDAR scanner to build floor plans of rooms you choose to scan. Everything the app creates — room geometry, floor plans, 3D models, measurements, notes, and renovation estimates — is stored only on your device, in the app's local storage.
Camera and LiDAR access is used exclusively to scan rooms while you are actively scanning. Imagery is processed on-device by Apple's RoomPlan framework and is not stored or transmitted by Homeprint.
Homeprint Premium is offered as an optional in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple. Purchase management and payment information are handled by the App Store; Homeprint never sees your payment details. Homeprint checks your purchase entitlement with Apple's StoreKit on-device.
When you explicitly export or share a plan, model, or backup, the file goes only where you send it. Homeprint adds no hidden metadata beyond what you see in the export.
Homeprint does not collect data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
